PRESENTATION AND APPEARANCE DATES

Fall 2023

The history & culture of Lacrosse has been accepted as a great tool in working towards “Truth and Reconciliation”. The author has had many requests and visits to schools and groups asking for lectures and lacrosse clinics. We held the first ever T.D.S.B. Soft Lacrosse Tournament at Wandering Spirit School in Toronto. The 8 teams that attended were introduced to smudging and welcomed onto the field through drumming.

Here are some of the schools and places we have been to in the last 2 months: Beverly Glen P.S., Bowmore Road P.S., Eastview, Havergal College, Sainte Marie Among the Hurons, St. James Catholic H.S., Toronto Youth Indigenous Council, Wandering Spirit P.S., Westin Collegiate, Withrow Ave./Quest Schools with more to follow in the new year!
